What is your order process?
Simply fill out the order form on our website. Once we review your request, we’ll email you to confirm the details and send an invoice. Payments can be made via Zelle or Venmo.

Can I get multiple flavors in my order?
Yes! You can choose up to three flavors per dozen. If you'd like to try a variety without ordering a full dozen, check out our Dough Drop option for smaller mixed batches.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?
We’re happy to include a personalized note with your order -just let us know what you'd like it to say when you check out!

Do you offer nationwide shipping?
At the moment, we only ship within Texas. Stay tuned as we expand!

Do you provide local delivery or pickup options in Houston?
Yes! We offer local pickup in Sugar Land, TX. Details and pickup instructions will be shared after your order is confirmed.

Are your products suitable for people with allergies (e.g., nuts, gluten)?
⚠️ Allergy Disclaimer: Our products are made in a kitchen that processes nuts, dairy, and gluten. We are not gluten-free, though gluten-free options will be available soon. If you have a severe allergy, we advise caution.

Do you sell your dough?
We don’t currently sell our dough. Part of what makes a Belles cookie stand out from the rest is a baking secret 🤫
